Help me choose the color: ETA- Windows 10 is somehow screwing up my posts. OK check Amazon for Pics: http://www.amazon.com/VZ-Grips-Power-Simonich-Gunner/dp/B00695FQIG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1447166316&sr=8-1&keywords=vz+grips+gunner+hp Army Green Hyena Brown Earth Brown Black |

First or last pic.
Green or black. They all look good though. |

Quoted: Why you no like gray/black? http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s211/waynemclain/photo%2022_zpshnm1g9cs.jpg View Quote Was actually looking hard at them, but ordering off Amazon and I may still get them if I wind up doing a Tungsten cerakote, which I'm considering. A fellow Floridian has that combo. If I really wanted them, I'd order off VZ direct I guess. |

I like the green, but my Inglis and its Indian clone will retain their standard stocks.

Novak's uses a rosewood grip that is the bomb. Shown in the pic below. http://i1296.photobucket.com/albums/ag16/dvuswaz/bhp-005a_zpshq3evntu.jpg View Quote Those are Spegel grips and they are Cocobolo. I had a pair on my Novak'd BHP but gave them to a friend because for my hand there is nothing quite like the ultra slim Navidrex micarta grips, which Brownell's is now carrying again. I emailed VZ long ago, when navidrex grips were not available, asking if they had anything comparably thin, but they never got back to me. As far a LOOKS I do think VZ are top notch. Cross-hatched pattern in brown looks best to me. |

On the website it claims to be thinner than the mkiii factory grips. |

I voted "hyena" but I shoot Glocks and am a soul-less monster.
I have owned and shot BHPs in the past, though. |

I voted black. Green is ok looking, but the other two suck.

The Heyena is the only color that adds anything to the gun.

If Hi-Power grips are the question, Spegels are the answer.
For a carry Hi-Power, the Uncle Mikes rubber grips are superb, but they are hard to find these days. |

I have Spegels on one of my Hi-Powers after reading all the internet hype. They have been on that gun for over 10 years, maybe 15.
I am thinking it would look better with those army green stocks in the OP. |

For a safe queen or range gun, I'd love some Black Cherry Spegels. But I wanted as thin as I could get, with the most aggressive grip I could get, which led me to the Simonich Gunner style. |
