Jerry Brown Cooks Up A Recipe For California Voter Fraud

Just months after handing out California driver's licenses to illegals, Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a law to automatically register every driver to vote. Supposedly, it's to raise turnout. More likely, it's inviting fraud.
So how does opening up U.S. presidential elections to the votes of any of the citizens of El Salvador, Armenia, Mexico or China sound?
Foreigners have complained for years about wanting to vote in U.S. elections and in California. And now they may get their wish — unless California's Gov. Jerry Brown is somehow kept from enacting AB 1461, a bill to automatically register every recipient of a California driver's license to vote.

***
"The New Motor Voter Act will make our democracy stronger by removing a key barrier to voting for millions of California citizens. I applaud Governor Brown for his leadership and bold action to increase voter participation in our state," said the bill's sponsor, Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who also counts the votes.

Note his use of the words "California citizens," not U.S. citizens. The Los Angeles Times has reported that state officials have openly moved at full speed to create a de facto "California citizenship" for illegals to get around the absence of amnesty.

I have asked this before and I will ask it again;  if Progressive Liberalism is so great then why do our elected officials actively seek foreign voters whom they know will primarily vote Democrat?

Well, they already vote in Maryland, so why not Cali?

Also,
Back in the day, you were a citizen of the state first, then by de facto a citizen of the U.S. But they shouldn't be citizens of Cali either. Liberalism truly is a disorder

Yep, you're right about that.

I witnessed an election being stolen on live TV back in.. 88? 90? And those were paper ballots.

It happened right there on live television. Everyone acknowledges that that's what happened. And nothing was ever done about it.

But it is great - for those who get to line their pockets and live like feudal princes.  And importing more pliable (and more expendable and deportable) voters goes a long way towards keeping it that way.

They're making good on the old idea that if you don't like your voters, you can just fire them and get different ones.

Now I think it '90 or '92.

A woman named Karen Sonleitner, a former reporter on the local ABC affiliate, KVUE, had quit that job to run for Travis county commissioner. County commissioner seats wield a good bit of power in Texas.

The night of the election her race was close. She is a D, of course. At about midnight, while she was being interviewed on live TV, the race was announced as being over, the R won.

She suffered a complete breakdown when told the news. Fell down on the fucking floor crying hysterically. Throwing a fit like a 3 year old. It was incredibly funny to see. All on live TV, mind you.

Out of nowhere appears the Travis county clerk, Dana DeBeauvoir. The woman officially responsible for certifying the votes in Travis county. She is still the County Clerk to this day, in fact.

She got down on the floor with Sonleitner and began "consoling" her. "It will be okay, Karen! I'll fix it! Don't worry, it will be okay..."  This was live television.

And she did fix it. Once she got Sonleitner to cease her wailing and thrashing around she literally walked off into another room and came back about an hour later saying that uncounted votes from some precinct had been found that gave Sonleitner the seat.

Turns out that the two of them had been the best of friends for many years.

Alex Jones often cites this incident when he talks about vote fraud and stolen elections. I can tell you that he's right. I watched the whole thing live myself. It happened a few years before he had his first radio show.

It was reported on in the local news, very briefly. But it's Austin. Awww, they're cool people, they meant well, it's over and done.

Probably the single strangest thing I've ever seen election-wise and it was just ignored.

Voting has always been within the realm of the States.  Not until after the Civil War did the national government intervene in any significant way, and then only due to constitutional amendments.  Constitutionally, all the national government can do is enforce prohibitions on the use of certain qualifications (based on race, sex, previous condition of servitude, or failure to pay a poll tax, or being any age 18 or older), other than that the States have full authority.  The national government in practice does a lot more, but it does so in violation of the constitution.

I don't want the national government involved with suffrage.  It is rightfully a State issue.  The national government already does too much, to the detriment of the country.

It should be noted that throughout our history not all States or localities have required someone to be a U.S. citizen to vote or hold office.  Even the national constitution does not require citizenship for holding office outside of the Presidency and members of the Senate and House of Representatives.

Now, IMO, illegals should not be able to vote, nor should the bulk of legal immigrants.  This is very much about locking in more votes for the Left.  That's a major part of what is at the heart of the immigration issue.  The other aspect is cultural (which ultimately affects politics; I do find it ironic to see some people post about how conservatives should surrender on social issues and then decry the effects of immigration).  I'm not sure there will be a way to gather data to determine the impact this will have, but if there is it will be interesting to see the impact.  I guarantee you any impact will favour the Left.

Not sure if they'll give two votes to people now.

It's illegal to ask for an ID card at the election site ... that's what I have a problem with.

I don't see how motor voter is in any way constitutional, and it is not for the better of the country.  Universal franchises are bad enough without actively getting the masses on the rolls or forcing them onto the rolls like with this new law.

I'll be working as an election inspector this November and I'll say that we do actually check IDs, but only for first-time voters.  I'm also very vigilant when it comes to mail-in ballots being turned in in-person.  If they don't have the right stuff on them I absolutely will reject them, even if it does tend to offend some of the poll workers (who tend to totally buy into democratist ideas).  I've had people (interestingly, almost always black or Hispanic) come with reams of mail-in ballots.  Only one or two will actually be acceptable.  I've seen other inspectors allow them to be submitted, but I don't allow it.  Most probably end up getting disqualified, but given the prevailing attitudes here, I'm not totally confident of that.

Once this comes into effect, it really won't matter whether or not we ask for IDs.

Because you change a sovereign country this way. Don't tell me I'm wearing a tin foil hat either, since it's actually happening right in front of our eyes. Not a single shot will be fired in the destruction of this country. You just change the demographics of the country, and they will vote for whoever allows them to vote.

Plus we can't ask for an ID anymore to prove who you are, since that's racist.

It could/should be considered Sedition as it is conduct which clearly undermines the government and or the national security, or even treason since it is being committed by the highest ranking official of a State with intent to subvert national elections essentially overthrowing the government body that would be elected by sovereign citizens.

I'm quite sure that I've got this wrong, but is it true that you don't have to show ID when voting in the USA? Not at all? So basically, if you're registered to vote, you can in theory vote several times? Wiki wasn't very helpful about this.
