Probably Sayeret Duvdevan
There is a book called "Brotherhood of Warriors" written by an American who served with them. Good book. Worth the read. Duvdevan is translated as "Cherry" as there is some sort of Cherry in the mideast that is poisonous but cant be told apart from the other kind. If memory serves that is all these guys do. Masquerade as Palestinians and do undercover ops like this. The careers are pretty short; they do a couple of years and cycle out due to stress. Lots of hand to hand, krav maga, and grappling and how to blend in among the Arabs. |
