As a naturalized U.S. citizen, I would remind Ruben that he took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. All of it, not the bits he liked as though it was some sort of buffet. If he has changed his mind then he is free to renounce his citizenship and return to his country of origin. Otherwise, if he and his ilk would like to try (again) to force their tyranny on the American people, then he will find plenty of us who took that oath very seriously and will defend their new-found liberty up to and including with their lives.

Considering that Obama administration is mostly only letting in people from the Middle East, Mexico, and South America I don't think we have to worry too much about the folks from Europe. And I certainly don't profess to know the viewpoints of all immigrants, but the majority of those I do know from England, France, or Germany are all very much pro gun (with exception of one lady from England).

It goes a step farther, IMO, since banning the things doesn't stop the actions.

They banned guns, people used knives. They put restrictions & banned many types of knives, then they went to hammers. (That's the big thing now for them to get their Jolly's murdering someone with a hammer.) Next it will be who knows what after they ban hammers.

The problem is their society, their social makeup, their moral center. It is skewed to the side of deprevity. They have no personal boundary of right vs wrong in terms of self-constraint.

The people are to blame, not the items used.

Much of the European history is marred with centuries of people basically giving up & allowing what happened to them. They accepted an evil rule because at some point they sowed evil upon themselves.
