This is a work in progress, but finally got the can this week. Let me know what you think. What would you upgrade first?

Specs:
Andro 10.5" Upper from a member ($425 with NiB bolt)- LOVE this upper
Spike's Calico Jack SBR Lower ($200 with lower parts kit/buffer etc)
Geissele g2s trigger (got from AAC on the promo last year) (free with $850 in suppressor purchases )
Rogers stock ($25)
Primary Arms Micro Dot ($190 w/ mount)
Magpul AFG ($25)
Gemtech Trek ($295)
2 tax stamps, one transfer fee ($450)
Rubber rail guards from ebay ($3)
Total= $1,613

I didn't realize I spent so much on this thing!

I've got an Andro Corps 10.5" upper on my Mk18-ish clone. No complaints with it. Goes bang every time and is as accurate as I need a 10.5" AR to be, haha.

I wouldn't change much if it works for you.  I guess if you really wanted to change something then I would change the optic.

Nice looking rifle.  I just got mine back from engraving and need to submit the paperwork.

Looks really good man. If anything replace the stock, grip, and add some buis/light.

Thanks all. I will probably upgrade the rail and the optic at some point. Also the grip. But overall, I am pretty happy with it.

Add a light first.
Add BUIS.
Change grip if you want, I would much rather have a MOE or something, personally.

Later, maybe the rail if you care about the weight of those cheap quad rails.

Ditch the AFG and quad rail.  Buy ALG rail.

Probably come out of it with even money, but it'll be lighter and better.

Weapon light

BUIS

Aimpoint

In that order.

I definitely wouldn't do the lower. That's cost you another tax stamp. No point in all that.

"Budget" and you used one of them store-bought suppressor?

Unless I NEED another SBR lower (4th). Don't want to rule it out!

That's not a budget SBR. You need an Anderson lower for a budget SBR.

BUIS.

Better rail that isn't rails all over the place (like m-lok or keymod).

The AFG is a personal pick, but I'm not really a fan.

Sling.

Light.

Mags & ammo.  Mostly ammo.

I haven't done a Form 1, YET! It's next on my list. PLUS the store bought was less than $300!

I'd ditch the heavy hand guard, there are a ton of smaller lighter ones. The grip, I'd try a few out to see what you like best (if the stock one is your fav, that's cool too).
As far as the stock goes, it's a matter of what you find comfortable, (as long as it's not wobbly) I doubt you're going to be skull bashing with it anyway.
I'd leave the primary arms as is unless it starts giving you issues, it shouldn't though.
All in all it's a solid SBR, but could be lighter, especially if you've got a can on the front reducing weight on the hand guard will help a lot.

looks good to me.  I just finished mine up and its not very far off from yours.  You got a few good deals that makes yours a bit cheaper than mine but overall its about the same.  10.5", PA micro dot, SD-E trigger and a Yankee Hill Phantom suppressor.

No kidding, I think I have a hair over $500 in one of mine (plust the tax stamp).  It's still one of my most fun rifles.  Something about 7.62x39 out of a 7.5" barrel with a muzzle brake!

If you are doing a Form 1 (making a SBR) it has to be engraved. On a form 4 (factory SBR) it's just the paperwork

How is an SBR and suppressor not a two stamp gun?

Get a magpul UBR stock.  It will add more weight to the back end and help balance out the weight of the suppressor on the front end.

While heavy, that design of chinese rails seems to be pretty well built.  Very similar in construction to the early YHM and MI free float rails.

It's a term that originated for integrally suppressed short-barreled weapons, eg mp5sd, delisle carbine, etc.  Weapons that, without both stamp items, don't or can't function.

You have an sbr...with a suppressor on it.

You can roll your eyes all you want.  It won't make you correct.

I give your build 10/10 if you like it OP.

I still dig it.  I haven't gotten a 556 can yet and I've been meaning to for some time.  I always heard how loud they were, but then when I tried one on a 10.5 ar I saw how much less offensive it was to your whole face while blasting away.
