Good game, Stars. Y'all played great. View Quote Wow. I got to see Ovie make history, and STILL got to see the Stars win. Awesome game. The last two minutes were intense. I was not a very popular person in my section. The wife got a pass because she's hot, but Caps fans are devoted, and vocal about it. |

I was not a very popular person in my section. The wife got a pass because she's hot, but Caps fans are devoted, and vocal about it. Vocal, but not violent. Going to watch away games is kind of fun. Raleigh is close enough to DC that there is always a good sized group of Caps fans there. I was actually surprised the Caps played as well as they did. They have been playing better on the backside of the back to back games, but against the Stars that was a really good effort. Just came up a touch short at the end. Last time they got any points in a game against them was in 2010. Last time they beat them was in 2008. |

Faulk leads the NHL in PPGs
Canes are in the bottom 5 on the PP. Faulk accounts for 20% of the Canes goals. This is why the Canes suck, our #1 D is leading in goals. |

Feels kind of like this Wings team is coming together... not top tier worldbeaters, but pretty decent for sure.

How about that Blackhawks/Ducks game! View Quote I thought we played well. 6 on 4 at the 18 minute of the third mark was harsh, but these things happen. My main issue with the Ducks is that we seem to try to hold a lead, instead of continuing to play our game. If we are up 2-0, going into the third, we will play a full 20 minute penalty kill, instead of continuing to play 5 on 5. I didn't go to the game today, and was instead listening on the radio while trolling for parking at the local mall during the last few minutes and OT. This did NOT help my road rage. |

Best Stars team since their cup run.
Canes finding ways to lose. Rumor mill has Eric Staal being traded to Montreal or Nashville. I figure all expiring contracts are going to be moved, Eric will probably be a rental for a contender. |
