When you lower yourself to a sub-human act...well it makes you sub human in my book...
at the very least the officer should be arrested for simple assault (or the states equivalent) and fired...plus pay for medical lab test to make sure he did not infect the camera man with a disease.... And I normally side with LEO's |

It would appear that officer was real stupid that day. If it's a crime where they are at charge him but I think a couple weeks off with no pay and a face to face public apology to all the people there would be a more fitting punishment.
