Brown recluse, black widow, some tarantulas are about it for the US.
You are way to far north for a recluse. Other spiders can still deliver a nasty bite though. It is more of an allergic type reaction than a systemic poison. A large garden spider or large wolf spider can put a real hurt on you if they bite. Time for a doctor visit. If they cannot see you in 24 to 48 hours use an ER. Just about any insect bite can get MRSA involved. The MRSA could be on your skin or carried to you by the spider. Staph-A is all over just about everyone body. |

It looks like mine. Mine was on my face.
You need to see a doctor. Bactrin and some oral meds and you will need to be debrided. It is escalating and they won't be able to definitively tell you if it was a spider or not. Unless you find the spider, it's and assumption and nothing more. But the escalation is real and it doesn't matter what caused it. It's going to likely rot--so seek attention. |

That's what's weird. It's not a zit. I get them on my back and I can always - always - pop even the deepest fucking zit. And I have resorted to needles to get them. This has no fluid in it. It's just a red, warm, mildly painful and itchy area. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

based on your location it could be either a Yellow sac spider, Hobo spider or brown recluse bite. They all have similar bites. More then likely a Hobo spider as they are pretty aggressive.

What he said. Topical neosporin isn't gonna touch that. You could possibly benefit from oral antibiotics. As several others have said, you need to seek medical advice. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

You're lucky one bit my neighbor down the street....lucky for him his wife is an ER nurse and got him to an ER where
a doc there knew how to treat the bite. He only lost about 5lbs of muscle off his forearm....he has a very impressive scar almost lost his arm below the elbow |

Probably not a brown recluse. You'd have a nice rotten hole in your head by now.
That, and they don't typically survive north of the bible belt. |
