President Obama told the African Union Tuesday that he felt he has been a “pretty good” president and if he were allowed to run for a third term, he’d probably be victorious.
Obama made the remarks while criticizing leaders on the continent who wouldn’t step aside at the conclusion of their terms.

I don't think he would. The reason I think this is because I don't think he would get the black and college vote. His hope and change has not worked out for a lot of people. He also lost the house and that says a lot.

It limits the President to two terms (plus the remainder of the term in which he became President if he became President due to the death of the President) - so technically, it's concievable that someone elected as VP could serve 3 terms - if he won two on his own after becoming POTUS. To repeal the 22nd Amendment would take itself take a constitutional amendment. It's been tried and went nowhere. So both Houses of Congress would have to pass it with a 2/3rds majority (34 Senators is possible; 290 Congressmen is not), then 3/4ths of the States would have to ratify in (38 out of 50) in time for our historic President, Barack Hussein Obama, to win enough primaries to be on the ballot in enough States to win. |

because 11,400,000 are on welfare 41,700,000 are on food stamps 10,200,000 get unemployment source: http://www.statisticbrain.com/welfare-statistics/ (don't look at the data, you'll get either angry or depressed) and because there are polling places where 127% of the eligible voters show up and 100% vote for him, but there is no voter fraud and 30,000,000 illegals have poured into the country and will somehow be able to vote in 2016 and well…52% of the population is just too stupid to be voting |
