Ok, I just heard on 1230 AM that the dash cam video is so bad that there is no way that Joe Deters will be able to avoid bringing charges against the officer. It hasnt been released to the public yet, so this is all insider stuff so it may be complete crap, who knows.
Also, one of the houses near the incident has a security camera that happened to be pointed at the area where it all went down. Its reported that the CPD have taken the video from the home owner, who happens to be a CPD officer too. Listen live here. http://thebuzzcincy.newsone.com/ |

Suspect drives forward and officer fires. If that's the story. how is that not a clear cut case of defense of self (I thought he was going to back up and run me over) or others (probable cause to believe a fleeing, drunk suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury)? |
