I'm going to order a pizza from a regional chain joint, and I'm going to let arfcom build it for me. I'll be looking for consensus on the toppings. It shall be a thin crust, there will be a red sauce, and there will be three cheeses - mozzerrala, provalone and Parmesan. It's kind of their thing.

It is up to you Arfcom, to choose the toppings.

Go!

As I said in the last Pizza thread, don't be a snob and eat your fucking pizza.  Whatever you like is good.  If ARFCOM makes it, you'll eat a soggy shit pizza.

Get a pizza from that great local joint close by. Why would you eat a national chain pizza is beyond me. Get the pizza with the mini hot dogs in the crust, and pretzel crust.

It's a local joint, close by. They have a couple few locations throughout NE Ohio.

My favorite purely local mom & pop joint (best pizza on planet earth) has two problems:

1. They're REALLY proud of their admittedly excellent pies.
2. They don't deliver, and I'm 4 beers too many for carry out.

You mean I'm drunk and hungry isn't a valid excuse for your underage, non licensed daughter to drive the Miata?

Alright, bacon is a no-brainer. The next is sausage - there is huge concensus here.

Thing is, I don't want to mix a million different types of sausage on a pizza. So let's pick one to go with the bacon - regular, hot or sweet.

Her 13 year old ass has actually run through the gears on a private road, and could probably score Daddy a slice. But I'm playing this one safe, and a delivery driver is probably better suited to the task.

Yeah, I might actually step it up to a regular crust. I have a feeling I'm going to put a lot of toppings on, to satisfy the arfcom brain trust.

Regular crust might be prudent if you are gonna load it up.

I prefer thin crust myself, but since I make my own I can control whether or not it gets soggy....

here is my typical easy recipe

Moma Mary's thin crust
Boboli sauce
sprinkle olive oil on crust,
layer sauce
sprinkle garlic salt
add fresh chopped basil
layer completely with large pepperoni slices
add chopped mushrooms
add chopped red onions
layer spinach
layer with low moisture mozzarella
bake for 14 minutes at 425F
