So sorry for you loss.
Losing a pet is hard. Having to put one down is horrific. |

Fuck, man. Super sorry to hear about that, I can't even imagine how bad it would hurt if my buddy passed away.

I have a Boston so I feel your pain man. Mine is about the same age and can't do the walks any more for more than a mile or so.
Condolences, he looks like a real character! |

Really sorry to hear man. Had a very similar experience (seisures/brain damage) with a 9 year old Jack Russell a few years ago.

View Quote He was the best but the last two years he lost 80% of his vision to glaucoma and was on seizure Meds. I can say with certainty, and I'm sure you would agree, Boston's are the most resilient bread out there. He certainly made the best of his life. |

For what it's worth, I can sympathize OP.
About 10 years ago I had to put to sleep the best dog I've ever had. He had nerve damage that caused seizures. He tweaked his neck playing with a puppy and started seizing that night. I stayed up all night with him during the seizures. The next morning we went to the vet. Terrible thing, watching your best friend in pain and terror, while not being able to help. It'll get better. |

Very sorry, op. That's hard. I know you aren't in a hurry, but there are other lives on the line right now.

Now I know how bad it sucks to lose your dag. http://s29.postimg.org/frrnf4wbb/image.jpg View Quote I could not imagine losing my dogs. They are my best friends who I would probably save over people. Sorry for the loss of your buddy.
Had to do the same earlier this year. I can say that it was much easier on us and the dog to do it at home. Dog was happy, Vet stopped by and gave the shots. No drama or fear on my dogs part. I miss Holly so much. Just got dusty in here. |

Sorry dude.
Every time I loose a great friend like that, I think I'll never do it again so I will never have to feel like that again, but they are worth it. |

We have had her 6 years. Smart as a whip and will tree squirrels like the big dogs. Good choice!!!!!! |
