What is the best route for getting a college fund set up for the kids?
A 529 fund or take money out of my Roth IRA or something else ?

Two kids (20 mos and 2 mos), hoping to get started early to max out potential.
I don't expect to fully pay for everything, just give them some help when the time comes.

Utah's 527s are good. Better for residents.
