Reminds me of this incident, it seems the progs do not care to be accurate when portraying the military, when they are using the military as a meme for policy change or a meme for generic support during a convention...

Waiting for that female to be subject to the federal selective service and to be forced to sign up with it. You know, to be ''equal'' with the males.
We had some good Female Soldiers when I was in but only a liar would claim the vast majority pulled the weight of a male in anything physical related. And, as a pig gunner, I NEVER EVER knew of a female who was ''honored''  with such a position.

If you want to include women into the infantry make them pass the CFT, not as easy but still not too difficult. Make them pass a 10 Km hump with a full combat load. Most women wouldn't make it, they just wouldn't because they don't have the same body structure as men do. |

A lot of women busted ass so they could pass the PT test. They passed it and then after a year or so realized that it's a LOT harder to maintain that level of fitness over the course of an entire career. A lot of them quit costing the departments a lot of money OR the departments made them paramedics instead, pissing off a lot of firefighters that had been waiting years for their chance to get sent to paramedic school. The physical requirements in the USMC are a joke compared to day to day life in the infantry. |

Or if we make an exception for mothers, then that should include fathers...see how that works?
