I saw an episode on Drugs Inc. I think where the Mexican cartels are using large submersible containers and using a long tow line and towing them behind the boats this way if they are boarded and checked the boat will be clean. The tow lines are attached under the boat so the boarding parties cannot tell unless they search under the boat.
