I don't know about you, but this season actually looks much better than the first, already, in my humble opinion.

Especially love that they brought a few badasses back along for the fight.

I was hoping Ahsoka would become at least semi-regular, looks like I got my wish. I guess she kept her sabers after quitting the Jedi order. The introduction of Darth Vader is going to be really cool. I wonder if Ahsoka will know that it's Anakin. When she quit she told him she knew he was losing faith in the Jedi. Who ever would have thought a kid's show would have such a large adult following? I know it took me a long time to even give Clone Wars a chance, but my nerdlinger friends kept telling me to watch it, so I finally did, and got hooked.

I'm pretty stoked for this new season.

Vader will likely kill Ahsoka during a season finale.  I expect Ventress to show up as well....and die also.

Star Wars Rebels is ok, but I think the Clone Wars was better.

It's on Disney channel, I believe, and also on iTunes.

You guys who say you like Clone Wars better are comparing that show after it hit its stride (second-third season) to Rebels. There's been a lot of character establishment in the first season. I expect it will definitely be better as it goes on. All the pieces are in place.

Agreed.  Clone Wars took 3 seasons to really come into it's own.

Yeah the EU started getting more "star trekki".  Although Rebels was decent, they were totally ripping off the Firefly idea.

I have been watching this with my 9 & 5 yo girls on Disney. The older one loves it. I had never heard of it before. I have my oldest convinced that she needs to see the original movies, but now I cant find them anywhere and apparently expensive for nearly 40 yo movies.

Current rumor is the unmasked female inquisitor is Barriss.

Also check You Tube by searching star wars celebration 2015 and there a multiple clips that were shown that are interesting such as Hera test flying the B-Wing and Hondo and Ezra on an adventure.

Most of the Clone Troopers at this point are either dead or retired from old age. And the Emperor felt that he could have better control over an army made up of regular humans than rely on clones. Plus, the Imps felt it was cheaper to give some farm boy from Tatooine a blaster, some armor, and train him up for four months and them ship him off to his unit, than it was to train one clone trooper for ten years.

The stormtrooper recruits in Season 1 were badass and could hit a tiny dot with their blasters while jumping around on moving platforms.

As an adult that grew up with the original Star Wars films, I have to agree. But my son (10 year old) really likes the show and it was fun sitting and watching it with him, which to me is what made it that much more enjoyable. He (and I) are also really excited about the new movie coming out this December. I don't think he would have been as "into" Star Wars had this show not come along when it did.

She is a bad ass when it comes to saber play.  I don't see Vader doing it, just because they have history and he might not be able to take her in a straight up saber fight.

They got a lot of fan mail on Ahsoka, so if they kill her off, people are going to be pissed.  Ventress, ya, lets let Ahsoka or Vader, cut her head off Count Dooku style.
