I HATE that city. Hell I hate MD in general it's a giant liberal speed trap shit hole with the worlds worse drivers and potholes that rival the Grand Canyon on the highways. But I hate bmore even more than the rest of that fucked up state. The lights are so the rappers know they're within sight of a camera and thus isn't invasion of privacy, they're illuminated 24x7.
