There will be no like kind military retaliation while obama is president, if any US city or foreign military base is attacked with nuclear weapons. And NYC would be well lit by fires for a few weeks, like someone else said |

I drove up to Watertown NY during the huge ice storm in 199whatver. My buddy and got off the interstate at the edge of town. We stopped and in his headlights you could see telephone poles laying across the road. The moon was out and we turned off the headlights and the poles were down as far as we could see.
Watertown is only a city of maybe 30k but there was not a light anywhere to the horizon. The roads were closed so we were the only vehicle out as were sneaking generators, which were impossible to get, and other supplies to some people up there. I remember standing around in the dark with an Hk91 and looking at my buddy who had a Thompson clone and thinking "This is fucking awesooooome!" Sadly there were no marauding bands of looters. We did run across one state trooper who was guarding a country road for no reason. We stopped and she walked over and started to tell us the roads were closed, then realized she had gone to high school with my buddy and just told us if anyone else caught us to not mention that she saw us. |
