But if it;s cold or windy and you put a jacket on then it might be too long. With the low recoil of a AR I don't mind getting my nose up there. The big advantage as I see it to the longer one is that it uses the rifle buffer 5.5oz. With a short one I would look into a h1 or h2 heavy carbine buffer. It just smooths things out. But it's your rig shoot what you want. |

See I made my own with a box of #9 shot cut the shells and fill the buffer up. pull the plug and leave about 1/8 inch of space. Acts like dead blow hammer. Now the have fancy dancy ones that you can spend a ton on. If you don't need it that heavy just leave one of the steel or carbide disks in it. Then you can tune it to your rifle. |

So Friday was only the 8th time I've ever had the displeasure of letting someone go, something I do not enjoy doing. However, the industry is slow right now and being a habitual fuck up won't net any positive results. I know it sucks to lose a job, but people should take personal inventory and see if it was their own fault, before starting the whole your a worthless human being for firing me speech.
