"Two suspected robbers believed to be in their mid twenties, were set ablaze Monday morning after they were severely beaten by some angry residents of Ayigya Zongo, near the Affordable Housing Project in Kumasi.
Ok maybe not so much outrage as this was in the projects in Africa. " While many residents looked on helplessly begging for the suspects, a few courageous men mercilessly battered the suspects with various deadly weapons as they bled profusely." Ghana reporting FTW

African justice is cruel.
I was nine living in west Africa when I was taken to see the punishment of a man who broke into our home and stole some jewelry and other items. He was caught red-handed on his way out the window. He was tried as a Muslim, tried under their law, confessed his crime twice (the stupid fuck), and thus forfeited his left hand. Yup, with a machete. TWOCK! I gave up any idea of a life of crime right then and there. |
