Small, yet heavy. Clunky squeeze cocker. If you enjoy a proper high hold, prepare to get your hand ripped open unless you have small boney hands. |

Mp5s of any sort, just don't like the thing at all. Bullpups in general, not for me, I think paper plates were supposed to be involved in designing the first one but forgotten and sacks bumped, swords crossed, possible penetration. Deagles, I tried more than a few and get the attraction but it's pure novelty in my world and I have zero use for it, but I still like wasting ammo with someone else's. Pure show pieces, if it's not going to be used, it's scrap. |

1911's- I like them, but I'm not spending a grand to get a good one that will hold up to a lot of shooting when I can spend half that on a poly gun that is just as good or better.
Shoot Much? Shoots better ? That's unadulterated fucking bullshit! Better in what way? Better Trigger?=Fail Accuracy?=Fail Lighter?= Fail = Slower shot to shot recovery time " don't try and tell me any different either". Reliability? mine has shot thousands of rounds in competition and got me 9th nationally in class ((( USPSA))) It's my primary carry gun. Don't have a grand? ok then buy an non- customizable mass consumer Polymer handgun but don't try and bullshit people... What's with all the Average Joe blow consumer Poly love and the all the 1911 hate on this site? Everyone here has no problem customizing their AR's but not their hand guns? Everyone bitches how an AK cannot be as easily tailored to an individuals needs due to lack of aftermarket parts compared to the AR so tell me what in the hell is the difference with a handgun? Hey I got a really tricked out AR but real shooters prefer a non-customizable poly handgun |

Revolvers
Lever action rifles Double barrel shotguns Guns that try to mimmick military style guns, but are made by no name brands. The AR-AK thing, Kel Tec stuff ect. Oddball calibers. Only thing I sort of see a use for is .300 Blackout but that is more specialized/niche. Fudd/redneck guns. Ties in with the thing above I suppose. * Military surplus is not a fudd gun. Unless you bastardize it. |

1911's. Mediocre reliability, finicky, overly complex breakdown, and downright terrible capacity. I just don't get it.

Blocks, garand, any kind of 22 pistol, bolt action battle rifles. I recognize the the k98 is prolly the best 1800s mil spec rifle...just no interest in owning one.

They aren't in my defensive lineup, but the history/ergonomics/accuracy/straight pull trigger...they just feel...right to me and are a lot of fun to shoot. There are definitely better options for defensive sidearms and carry guns IMO, but I appreciate them for what they are. |

Browning Hi-Power: Always thought it was a good-looking pistol until I shot one. |

Ruger LCP - I hate shooting that thing.
Worst gun I ever owned - S&W 22A. Terrible. Pretty much anything Taurus is out. Kel Tec has some interesting guns, I'd like to try a PMR30 but I'm only going to pay 300-350 so I'll wait. On the other hand, the much maligned Sig Mosquito has been very good to me. I've owned several of them and they're great with a can. Sigs. I have at least one of each model I want. Great guns. M&P's. I have several 9's a .45 and several AR's. I like M&P's. Brownings - Only break action shotguns. Beretta's - Only Semi shotguns. SCAR 17S - great gun. Finally, the Calico S-105, 100 rounds of suppressed rimfire! That gun backed up by a pile of .22lr is an interesting SHTF piece. ETA: I don't own a single revolver. My first gun when I turned 18 was semi auto and that's pretty much all I know. |

Glocks do nothing for me. Hated mine and sold it.
Revolvers. Don't get me wrong, I have one. I keep it because it's realiable and I WANT to like it. It's not a bad gun at all. It's just I don't shoot well with them and I don't care for the action or the sights, so your Colt Python or whatever revolver guys think is cool doesn't do anything for me. Fancy shotguns. Why spend so much money on stupid engraving? I get spending money on the action, but those things are way too fancy for me. I'll take an 870 or 1100, thanks. Anything in a wildcat. Your Beowulf upper sucks, as does your .50gi 1911. |

View Quote There's an element of "gentleman's" shooting, whether it's clays or birds. There's a big place for those guns. Not for everyone, but it's out there. To each their own. The more people of whatever "class" shooting, the better! Nothing better than millionaires supporting gun rights! |
