1) colt pythons. $1500 started price for a wheel gun with on ok trigger?
I like smiths but they are getting $$ too 2) $5000/50,000 shotguns. I just do not get it.. |
|
Glocks. Lord knows I've tried. They just feel wrong in my hand.
Bullpups. Ugly and awkward looking. |
|
Ruger non 22 pistols. I know they are good quality guns but I just have never liked them. Everytime I pick one up and have the same reaction.
|
|
Springfield XD full size. Looks huge and ugly. However I do own the XDs

Internet harder. Rustled Jimmies are a bad thing. Equivalent to "grinds your gears", opposite of "blows up your skirt".

Glocks- I shoot them ok but they just feel like shit in my hand.
bullpups- I just plain hate the looks and refuse to try one. 1911's- I like them, but I'm not spending a grand to get a good one that will hold up to a lot of shooting when I can spend half that on a poly gun that is just as good or better. |
|
I don't get the love for Springfields, Garands, or Pistol Caliber Carbines.
Pythons are as overrated as Rolex. |
|
Glocks.
I shoot them well enough but I want steel damn it. Plastic belongs on rifle furniture, not pistols or boobs. |
|
Sigs. They're good guns and all, but they're just not my thing.

I knew you'd comment on the Enfield thing. I expect Fluffy and Bimba will have something to say about the Garands. Old guns just don't do it for me though. |
|
1911's... I have shot many of them and just don't get it. I don't fault anyone for loving them and actually wish I saw the light, but they just don't do it for me.

Ruger Sr 9, that loaded chamber indicator is the gayest shit I've ever seen. Actually most modern rugers as a whole. The safety paragraph they stamp has to go.

Only one is in .303, though. |

C&R.
I don't like anything with wood, I don't like old rifles, shotguns, old WWI to WWII stuff. |

View Quote I also concur with this correction as not to water down the definition of "rustled jimmies". "rustled jimmies" as in; "Hildabeast wiping her personal server used for .gov affairs, a criminal act that will go unpunished, really rustles my jimmies!" |

USP
Any semi auto from Ruger Semi auto UZI , ect. Most SIGS , but not all , just too damn many variations of the same thing XD's RPK's in semi auto M1A's DE's |
|
Okay, I'll admit it -- pretty much any .22
Considering price issues with .22 ammo, I have even less desire to get one. |
|
|
1911s
XDs Saiga 12s Remington 870s 308 ARs (maybe if they ever get their shit together or were more like their 5.56 based cousins I'll change my opinion) |

Lever Action .30-30's. I kinda get the popularity way back when 30-30 was the only intermediate cartridge around, and a LA gun was still considered a fast-firing gun, but these days they're about as practical as an SKS with a half-empty magazine. LA's in other calibers, sure. I get. I want. But not the .30-30.
Also, most of the category of "Semi-Auto guns that are really only worth a shit if they're Full-Auto." RPK's. The SA M1919's you can get from Atlantic Arms. I coon-fingered a really cool RPD from DSA a few years ago, but it's pointless as a semi auto. Ohio Ordnance Works, I love you, you're awesome, but WTF am I gonna do with a thirteen thousand dollar semi-auto M240? (Having said that, a BAR in any configuration is on my bucket list, so I guess I'm outing myself as a hypocrite) |

1911s. ETA: Garands and M14s also. At first i was ready to respond with a scathing attack on you mother. then i realized you were obviously joking......right? I've owned them all and they just don't do anything for me. I have one 1911 left that sits in the safe. |
