Imagine that you won a contest and got to take your pic. They'd be buets that you could use to make your own loads, or you could sell them.

Which ever I could sell for the most so I could buy cartridges. I don't feel like reloading with 100k bullets.

100k green tips? I'd fill a room with loose rounds and roll around like Uncle Scrooge. Probably put on eye protection first though. Pointy.

The BRDM-2 series, with maximum armor of 14 mm, can be penetrated by artillery fragments and .50 caliber machine gun fire. View Quote Add M995 to the list |

So you only get a pic of the bullets, you don't actually win anything? Damn, I'm out. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

M855A1 hands down... if people saw the gel tests they would replace their $1 a round Hornady TAP with it

Oh, man I'm jealous: The D30 shell is a major score* and I hunted and hunted (circa 2005) for a MH but determined that they were all fakes. And I wasn't willing to pay the going price ($500 or so) for a firearm I couldn't shoot. I don't even know if they still have the Saturday bazaar in KAF...always forget to check. * I once saw a guy get his D30s denied by customs even though they had been turned into (drinking) steins. My best score: a piece of T55 track. The customs guy was going through my stuff, looked right at me and said "you can't take ship that war trophy". I said OK and put it right back in the box it came out of and he didn't say anything. |

For the Martini, I'm half an expert in Martinis and could tell the legitimate ones from the fakes and scored a really good Afghan 1st pattern Martini Infantry Martini Rifle for about $120. I'm restoring it and have a tread in the C&R forum. It's one of the better examples in the U.S. |

I would love to have a 100K of MK211 that was not stolen and could be resold.

I tied on the MHs; beyond the backwards "N" I had a pretty good idea of what to look (out) for but never found one I was comfortable pulling the trigger on. I may have to make one my "final" souvenir...tat and the war rug I still don't have. |
