The Kristi Noem thread was just fucking vile. It was a new low and some of the people that posted were a disgrace to humanity. The problem with online forums is the anonymity. You can say what you want with very minor consiquences. And with that coupled with the GD desire to be shocking and edgy you get people trying to one up each other with all things. Including how crudely they state the atractiveness of a woman. |

I'm just amazed at how many folks here are on a first-name basis with her.
I was raised that addressing someone you don't know as "Mr." or "Mrs." was a good start in showing respect. |

I'll say this for those of you who know me and what happened to me and my then-newly-married bride of seven months. I see alot of her in Taya Kyle and vice versa. Women like her and Taya have watched their husbands leave home, and come back very different men (I am NOT comparing myself to Chris, just the PTSD thing). Both have received terrible news about their husbands and handled it the way a LADY would handle her business. In my wife's case, I didn't die - although my heart stopped twice. I made it back from that shithole over there and I never, ever want to leave her again. I didn't know Chris, but it hurt me that he didn't get that opportunity. I would have traded places with him if I could. Knowing that my wife was waiting there for me to come back was all the motivation I needed to not just give up and die - although the pain made me truly want to. After I was released from the hospital months later, I had a new fear - my new wife now had an unemployed, unemployable and damn near invalid husband to take care of along with the three children from our previous marriages. Not fucking once did she falter, and I suspect Taya Kyle won't either. View Quote Talk about trying to steal the thread...really? |

She is a very classy lady. Hopefully some of the 300 plus million the film has grossed will trickle towards the families of the murdered heroes. At least enough to pay off the bitter vulture JV and leave enough to let these people live comfortably.

It's interesting how some members put politicians or celebrities on a pedestal and above criticism or comment. A past thread on Marco Rubio raised the ire of some members who ran to his defense. One of his biggest defenders is a fairly well known team member who is currently awaiting trial for raping a 14 yr old girl.

And to clarify, he was charged with lewd and lascivious battery-engaging in sexual activity with a person 12 to 16 years old. Some people would call it rape. Btw, that wasn't the point of my post. It was that some people here are worried about white-knighting politicians they barely know while in reality their own lives are royally messed up. |

Wow
So with Marie Osmond and Chris Kyle's wife we can't even look in their direction, or acknowledge their image, but we can say terrible, degenerate things about any other female? Can we get a sticky on this? I don't want to use the Ol' drumset line on the wrong arfdiety |
