I am looking for any Tips, Tricks, Cheats etc. That is related to Firearms. They can be for;
buying, selling, gunsmithing, cleaning, shooting, training, targets, reloading, ANYTHING related to firearms that saves Time, Ease, have more fun and especially Money! I am going to compile these "tips" into  (hopefully) a large list for everyone's benefit, all in one place.

example; I am going to show I made "homemade" tools for Smith & Wesson revolvers Dis-assembly/Assembly.This tool is at Brownells for $23.95 + shipping!  These homemade tools saved me $25-$30!, Using Drywall anchors for 22LR snap caps. etc (you get the idea!)

Thanks Cmax

Quick snap caps for any caliber, take empty brass of needed caliber, remove spent primer and refill primer pocket with RTV or hot melt glue.

Don't fish off the company pier.
No means no.
Never put your penis into the crazy.
If Plan A involves the words "luck", "hope", or "maybe", it's time to start fleshing out Plan B.

If building your own rifle, put money into the barrel, trigger, and optic.  By and large, you can skimp on the rest.  Take the money you saved, buy ammo and a carbine class from a reputable trainer.

You will come out WAY ahead.

And way, way too much stuff you will want to unknown!!

Also, there is no trick, tactic, or piece of equipment that will beat the benefit of sending rounds down range.  Just practice, practice, practice.

To make sighting-in targets I make 1" squares on Excel, and color in the squares for the bullseye.

Okay, here's a general metal shop tip: If you have parts that are fiercely bound to each other, i.e. press fitted onto one another, an application of HOT WATER may loosen them.

Many years ago when I could ride a bike without damaging my back, I had  a pretty nice touring bike. I decided to remove the alloy pedal crank arms from the steel axel. No amount of force applied to my gear puller tool would budge them!

I finally boiled up a couple of cups of water and poured it on the pedal crank, and they immediately released! The boiling water caused the pedal crank to swell enough to loosen it.

Firing a pistol fast and accurate is simple.  Sight picture, press trigger, and repeat as needed; simple.

It is just not easy, but it is simple.

Also, practice does NOT make perfect, it only makes you better at the way you practice.

PERFECT practice, makes you better.

Cheap simple targets.

8 1/2"x11" copier printer paper + one Dollar Store bingo ink dauber = target.
