I just finished some garlic butter pan seared deer tenderloin medallions with Spanish rice and a nice cab so...you gets a 10/10!

Kill and grill = auto 10/10 is a bullshit rule I think. The reason I think that is because all it does is reward men for doing what they are supposed to do which is what you did.

Idea:  brown venison in a pan with the aromatics, toss in pressure cooker in onion broth.  Gonna try that.
