For starters, let me explain this whole NIGHTMARE quickly...
I was banging this hot chick with a heaping dose of the crazy... my best friend sees us out together, pull me aside tells me she is fucking MARRIED and he works with her husband... she had told me her husband had died in a car wreck. I immediately exited stage left... ten years later I get a summons in the mail to go see if this kid is mine... FML Turns out I didn't exit stage left fast enough and my swimmers got the job done... so now the state is after me for child support from DAY FUCKING ONE!! My lawyer says no fucking way and the judge decides since she didn't have enough class to let me know I had a kid out there, I wasn't obligated to support a kid I didn't even know existed. So here we are 4 years later... I get a notice that my child support was up for review and to send in all my income info... which I have nothing to hide... but I just knew I was going to get hosed as my income has went up and my older two kids from my first wife had both turned 18 and I no longer pay support for them. Well I am sitting around waiting for the hammer to come down from the state telling me my child support was going up big time... I get a letter in the mail from the child support folks letting me know that the review has been cancelled as she failed to send in the required paperwork... So now she is hosed for FOUR years before they trigger another review at which time my son will be 18 and she can go fuck herself with a cactus! |

If she was married, who's name was on the birth certificate? [father wise]

Do you spend time with the kid? Do you support him economically?

Wait until she moves to a state where she can collect past 18.

So, nothing, from what I read. You turned in some paperwork, otherwise no financial harm to yourself. Good for you. She can't pursue. Good for you. She was a good fuck. Good for you. You have a kid. You don't have to pay for it. Good for you. Hope the kid never knows who his father is.

Most states recognize the person on the BC as the father, especially if it's the husband, there are only a few where you can contest that for a limited period of time. |

When we went to court I asked for visitation but since I now live in another state the judge said it was too much to ask for a couple weeks in the summer over a couple weekends a month... I would love to take it back to court, but that cost a shitload of money we just don't have right now. |

How does one keep coitus from taking place between first wife kids and crazy girl kid in this situation (assuming sex is compatible, or not compatible if that's how the roll, then there is the tranny angle). That would make for a weird turkey day realization.

As a matter of fact, if you actually READ the OP, you would know that he DOES pay currently, and the only upside here is that he won't be giving more money to the crazy chick. Maybe it is hard to see the text from waaaay up there on your high horse. |

View Quote I must be way off here, but my understanding was child support equals some basic custody agreement with rights of visitation. I understand you living out of state makes it difficult, but you should still have rights of visitation, and it doesn't seem like it would be difficult to compel the court to allow summer and holiday time with the child. |

You created a human life and then set him up to fail just so you could get a nut off. Nice. Hopefully he doesn't grow up to be a drain on society, like so many others put in the same position by people who couldn't figure out birth control.

That kid must be real proud about who his father is.
I hope he just doesn't grow up like his real dad. |
