Quoted: I think Ben Stein's "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed" makes a great case for Intelligent Design. View Quote ETA::I've had many conversations with people about the topic, and literally the smartest have no better arguments than the dumber. It all boils down to "we don't know, therefore god" or "the current arrangement of the universe is preferred, and since we'll assert to know that there is only one universe, we'll claim that it is very improbable to get to this condition" The former is just a repackaging of the worst explanation in human history that has failed every single time it has ever been tested, the latter is just a misunderstanding of how to calculate probabilities for real world events that involve physics and not pure randomness. |

If you take the time and watch the videos I linked to as well as research a bit about satanic influence in the media, Hollywood, and Washington DC, you might be very suprised at what you learn.
My eyes have been opened, not by me, but by the Father in Heaven, through my belief Christ, and the Holy Spirit who lives in me. Demons and satan\lucifer have a very strong influence on the earth. Many atheists like to tout how they are so scientific minded and analytical. Well I say put those attributes to work and look at the information that's out there. This link explains satan's influence on earth. |

God is not evil.
Man is evil. All the thoughts of man's heart are evil. Read Jeremiah 17. It's not a long Chapter. Here's an excerpt: The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? Why don't you address how a man can ram a 4 foot rapier through his body and vital organs and not bleed? BTW, these magicians today are repeating Mirin Dajos antics though not in such a daring manner. |

Everything was created from nothing? View Quote Leads to the really interesting question of why there is anything at all? When you look at it from the perspective of pure logic, null should be the default value. We shouldn't be here to even have a discussion on why we're here. Beyond the multiverse which shouldn't exist, why/how can even God exist to create anything? Science is ultimately pointless as it can only keep pushing back the boundary on what did happen as far as we can tell. It simply is incapable of answering the true big picture question. Philisophically driven back, it appears that a complete and total truth must exist (which we know as God) or we would not be here. What exactly makes it so that such condition *must* exist (for if it was optional, it would not exist) is truly baffling, and disappointing that it seems to be completely unsolvable by us. TL;DR Has to be God, but we don't know why/how it's even possible, and science is basically a wasted effort due to being limited by our scope of view. |

If you read a random passage out loud, most people wouldn't be able to tell you which book it was coming from. Same god. Almost all the same stories and characters. Same commandments to kill unbelievers, gays, blasphemers, etc. |

We will gloss over the sticky question of the Jews. We always do in such threads. But, to address your derp fairly, you can't seem to get over the basic reality that all religions apply interpretation and context to such texts, and if you look for an "Evil' god you will find one, of you don't, you won't.
