Whats the wind like there? I wonder if there is some way the wind blowing through that area/rocks can create a sound that has this effect on dogs?

I've been in a locomotive and killed many dogs and deer. It's not every time but it happened quite frequently these must be the special ones. There is something about the track lines going on forever that how they can't figure out to jump aside over the rails once they decide to flee away. Once they flee straight down the tracks not many win by changing their mind.
Maybe it's just the special dogs jumping off the bridge? |
