On record I'd reprimand you too. One person posting things like that starts other people jokingly complaining about the company, then jokes turn to real complaints, then moral goes down hill. In the Army we used to say, "Even false motivation is motivation"...
Now, after the recorded reprimand I'd chuckle with you and explain I get the humor, and find it pretty darn funny, but it could be misconstrued by too many people and to not share things like that in work. And I'd probably buy you a fucking beer because I bet you are a riot to hang around with. |

Ive been guilty of this before too.
We work with a guy named Roger, aka "rogness monster" Upper management found an illustration I made of him. Just so happens there was someone in HR named Roger (didnt know the guy even existed, company with hundreds of employees) Thought I was making fun of him. |
