Was he not already re-elected as Speaker?  I'm sure is was in November...

Edit:
Boehner won on a voice vote, and House Republicans also re-elected the rest of their leadership team to steer them through the 114th Congress. When the new Congress convenes for the first time in January, Boehner will have to be approved by the full House as required by the Constitution.

That's what I remembered occurring.  I'd seriously doubt anyone derails him in January...
