Probably from an airsoft "suppressor"
I've seen a couple AAC fake suppressors, actually made by AAC, but they were solid on the inside |

Pointless waste of money. You'd have to make your own baffles, and if you have the ability to do that, you might as well make the tube yourself.
Looking at the seller's ebay history, it's probably airsoft. "Absolutely awesome! Airsoft is going to be that much more realistic.
