Two suspects shot in botched home burglary attempt in AtascocitaPosted: Wednesday, October 29, 2014 3:48 pm Two women suspected of attempting to burglarize a house in the Walden on Lake Houston subdivision were shot by the homeowner after they reportedly broke into his residence Wednesday afternoon. Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Deputies responded around 1:30 p.m. to the 8700 block of Rolling Rapids Road after receiving calls that two people were trying to break into a house in the area. The homeowner, who was not identified, called law enforcement to report that two females were throwing rocks at his windows in an attempt to break in, said Harris County Precinct 4 Lt. Walter Stensland. "The homeowner never answers the door during the day,” Stensland explained. The suspects were able to break the glass near the front of the residence and reach into the house to unlock the door. At that point, the homeowner responded with a shotgun. "Shots were fired. Both suspects were hit in the upper torso,” Stensland said. |

The crime is still under investigation. The suspects, described only as two black females, have not yet been identified.
Surprised? |

Wasn't the Biden method shoot the shotgun up in the air to scare them away?

Good shoot. Don't fuck with old guys. You never know if they killed a bunch of Nazis/VC a long time ago, or they just don't give a fuck anymore.

He will be charged. Yep, Black witness said they had their hands up before he fired. They weren't throwing rocks -- they were offering him sandwiches. |

From the Article: One of the suspects collapsed inside the house while the other stumbled outside and across the street to a neighbor’s front yard. The suspects were not from the area and drove onto the street in a car that was reported stolen earlier in the day. The home owner will not get charged for Jack or Shit. |

The most that might happen is, if one or both die, the case will get presented to the GJ (pro forma). Who will then no true bill. |

Break ins in the Houston area seem to almost always happen with groups of 2 to 5 people at a time.
Fuck the magazine capacity nazis.

Shockingly, criminals have been known to lie, and the grand jury's job is to decide if the shooter should go to trial. Based on the story reported, the grand jury will congratulate the homeowner, and all his neighbors will throw a party for him. Definitely no charges if the news reports are correct. Texas laws for carrying guns are not the best. Texas laws for using guns in defense of life or property are unsurpassed. |

Houston and the county it sits in which is Harris County has a very high home burglary epidemic.
And has for fucking years. My own home has been hit three times in the last 30 years. When you enter someone's home here feloniously don't expect the home owner to welcome you with Laurels and Wreaths. But do expect a blast from the home owners choice of firearm whatever it may be. This guy is not in any trouble at all. Fuck New York and every hell hole state like it that would have the home owner cowering in a goddamn corner while hoping the marauding pillagers don't strip him of everything he owns including his life. |
