Had a one-to-one meeting with my boss today.
Found out I have to look at my QA's by myself, and monitor them on my own. Found out that I have a few things to do to boost from "meets" to "Exceeds" expectations. So it's like my boss will monitor my calls but won't talk to me about them. Whatever. |

Csb time.
I'm about to get into bed when I hear from the hallway lots of pounding and knocking and "Come on baby, let me in!" I don't know my neighbors and had no desire to meet them during a drunk domestic. I try and fail to find the number for the front desk. Guy is still pounding. I go into the hallway to discover a slightly disabled old man in his skivvies. Apparently he was taking out the recycling and the door shut behind him. Neighbor across the hall was up and trying to call guys wife (I now know which neighbor has the incredibly loud phone ringer) but she was asleep and is apparently disabled. I grabbed a pair of shorts for the guy and went down to the front desk to tell the conceirge what was going on. Guy shows up about 5 minutes later with the master key and informs old guy that he can let him in but it will cost $25. Pretty sure he could have skipped that part but oh well. I foresee awkward elevator rides in our future
