"Hands up, don't shoot" my ass. They want bullets to start flying. When they do, it'll get really ugly.
I don't see any inclinations of "hands up" as in surrendering. They're trying as hard as they can to start a fight. Is it just me or is this a precedent that could be set for behavior across the country by urban utes? Is this kind of shit going to be coming to all the police departments doorsteps? Either way, it's time to go buy some more ammo. |

Then citizens surrounded him and chanted, ‘Shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot.’ At one point you can hear Masri tell officers, while pointing at each one, ‘I`m praying for your death and you death and your death and your death.’ Alveda King, the niece of civil rights activist Dr. Martin Luther King on Hannity on 8/22/14: "If my uncle, Martin Luther King Jr., went to Ferguson today, he would be meeting with the spiritual leaders. "He would say ‘you got to have peace and then you can go after justice.’” He would be encouraging the people. he would be motivating the rioters and say ‘you’re better than this, you don’t have to live like this’ … He would want a society that was so much better that Michael never felt like he had to go in the store and steal anything in the first place." As Bama Shooter said, these people don't want any form of justice. Much like the "Occupy Wall Street" clowns, these assholes couldn't tell you why they are out there. It has nothing to do with Mike Brown or Officer Wilson and isn't going to end well. Ferguson PD and Saint Louis county need to put in for a shitload of belt-feds from the DOD transfer program. |

I didn't think that would be controversial. Are you from the St. Louis city area like I am? My experience of the St. Louis city police chief is he seems to be a pretty liberal guy. The police association in the city can always be counted on to push the democrat ballot issues that affect them in elections, especially anti-2nd amendment measures. Maybe the rank and file is radically different from its leadership and representatives; I don't know. I don't mean it as a dirty word--most of my family members are democrats--I just don't see how it's an outrageous accusation to say that public servants who grew up in and serve a heavily democrat part of the state might "probably"be democrat themselves. Anyway, the only relevance it has is to the democrat party in Georgia trying to make hay out of the Ferguson situation for political gain: it wasn't Republicans who caused Ferguson's or the city's problems. St. Louis city hasn't had Republican leadership since the late 40s or early 50s. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

View Quote But the fact that the space is open to the public (for a presumably defined purpose which excludes racialist attention-whoring) means that the police could arrest based on the potential disturbance of the peace which would occur if someone was present and using the space for its intended purpose. Kind of the same way the police can arrest someone for reckless driving despite the fact that there isn't another car sitting in their direct path... |
