Also, I have no idea what the actual situation is, but when my folks sold their house in 2005ish, it still had the original AC in it from when it was built in 1964. The purchasers wanted it replaced or the cost of replacing it deducted from the price. My folks got them to compromise on adding a home warranty that would cover it for the first year. |
