No point in stressing. Yep Also, I have no idea what the actual situation is, but when my folks sold their house in 2005ish, it still had the original AC in it from when it was built in 1964. The purchasers wanted it replaced or the cost of replacing it deducted from the price. My folks got them to compromise on adding a home warranty that would cover it for the first year. |

View Quote We had the home inspection yesterday and were very surprised to find out that the 8 year old leach field is failing and needs to be replaced. Hoping the buyers dont back out of the deal, if they don't we either get the field replaced before closing or pay them the amount it will cost to replace it (10-15k?). They have until Friday to let us know what they want to do. |

When I'm on I'm in down time, which can be for quite a while. But then other times I won't post for three or four days while I'm working on a project. Goes both ways I guess. |
