Korean BBQ is awesome.  There's a place local to me that does Texas and Korean BBQ, and she kicks ass at cooking both.

We have an oriental supermarket not far from here that sells Korean BBQ sauce. Beef or Pork.

The stuff is fantastic.

Cut it into a bite sized piece, wrap it in a lettuce leaf, add a slice of roasted garlic, a dollop of gochujang paste (some like miso paste instead), KimChee or a spoon full of rice too, if you like.  Then, dip it into salted sesame oil and eat.

Aloha, Mark

It really does. Besides bulgogi, dolsot bibimpop is fucking awesome if you have the stone bowls.

Those bulgogi marinade posted earlier, you can make your own much cheaper (and way better) with only a few other ingredients not normally found in a US kitchen.
