Yes, it would be good for both countries. The lefties in Scotland would have to grow up sooner or later and the pansy quotient in the UK would drop dramatically.

Voted NO twice = once on here & the NO that counts was in the village polling booth at 13.30
I plan to move back to England irrespective of the outcome as the S.N.P. planned changes are bad enough NOW - if they lose they'll have a major temper tantrum & go into meltdown...(SWMBO is also on the same wavelength; she was born here) Either way - I'd say private gun ownership in Scotland has another 5 years to run. Stage one is on the books, going through the motions prior to being brought in (against the wishes of 87% of the population) The campaign has been VERY low on ACTUAL FACTS & POLICY - just bluff and "Vote now & we'll sort out the details later.." on the "it's all the fault of the English.." theme.... Problem is - LOTS of the F.S.A that have no real place in politics have been woken from the lager induced slumber in front of the 50" plasma screen T.V. Even in the rural area I live in there have been quite a few acts of vandalism against NO signs and a lot of physical attacks against NO campaigners... IF the YES group lose - they'll not sit on their hands & watch the NO celebrations & admit they're defeated - no matter how many times Salmond insisted that this was a ONE TIME ONLY event & will never be asked for again by the people of Scotland BOLLOX I trust that Marxist cunt Salmond as much as I'd trust Himmler in a Jewish ghetto with an MG42 = and the comparison is very apt given the S.N.P. rabid anti Semitic anti Israeli policy and stance By all means - YOU want to vote YES, do so - a vote for YES is a vote for Gaza & Arab/IS terrorists |

Just doesn't seem like a particularly good idea. The Yes camp yells about the oil resources, but other than that what does Scotland have? Seems they have a shit ton (metric shit tonne, if you like) of people on the public dole. I'm sure "Yes" seems very romantic and Braveheart-ian, but at the end of the day I think it's a terrible idea for Scotland.
