I see them all. From start to finish, gun, knife, fork, everything is presented nicely.
Well done Sir. 10/10 |

Pics work now, looks delicious!
ETA: And now they're gone... WTF! ETA2: Photobucket must be acting up. Both your OP and the post below mine I can see the pics sometimes, and can't others. |

Trying a different link. Photobucket has been acting weird for me lately though. Might look into different hosting. |

Damn that looks good View Quote No recipie on this really. Just threw together random things I knew would work. Didn't have the stuff at home for what I grew up eating (broiled halibut with a dijon and parm crust) so I did something similar. If you haven't had halibut, it is freaking amazing. Very similar to Mahi Mahi in flavor. |

My fish never turn out pretty like that. Damn View Quote How are you cooking it? Fish, especially your fattier ones are really temp sensitive. Salmon is only 2-3 minutes per side, etc. I have an electric stove and this was on a 6 for the entire cook time. Not to mention the cheese was caramelizing and mixing with the juices. |

No pictures = 0/10
Kill it and grill it = 10/10 Guess that makes it a 5/10 overall |

I didn't think it was possible until the HTF guys said you could. *shrug* Quoted:

I want it. In and around my mouth. Now. |

Looks good, North. Great pics!
I may have to send you a couple Red fillet steaks. Bitches were BIG this year on 2nd run. |
|
8/10- nevermind a fucking napkin, where is the rifle?
Other than that, looks pretty damn good, OP! ETA: NVM: 9/10 for killin and grillin. |

I'm not a seafood fan (actually, I hate most of it), but that looks good enough to make me reconsider.

My dad went on the boat at Chitna and got 4 smallish reds. Brother got nothing from shore at the usual holes by O'Brien Creek. Sucks that they built that damned boat launch over the best one a few years ago. LesPaul dropped off two smaller silver cuts that I'm going to do a teryaki with later today |

Some were cooking up the Kenai so fast, that they still had sea lice on them near Skilak. Good fun on a medium fly rod PM me your info, we will arrange a way to get you a couple frozen Red cuts. You just have to promise to share the recipe and awesome pics with the boys here |

I don't have any If you have extra to spare, I won't complain For the silvers tonight, I'm thinking pan seared with a light teryaki on some steamed short grain white rice with bacon and caramelized onion Edit: Forgot I have some leftover halibut chunks from last night that are going into a halibut cake as appetizers |

Very nice!!!!
I was worried this was going to be about you stuffing fish in a mud hole for a couple weeks.
