It is hard to choose just one. I agree with the aforementioned mateba, python, and hk usp preferences. I would add the hk 45c to that along with:

Sig x five

CZ p01 along with various cz models and clones

Walther p99 and ppq

It wasn't "combat reliable" but good enough for the range and I would hunt with it with no qualms.

The Stechkin is pretty cool given that it is select-fire with 20 round magazines. Apparently it is very accurate.

It also comes with a stock.

Here's mine alongside another contender for good looks.

aaannnd a Broomhandle for good measure

I've always liked the looks of the 1860 Army Colt (although I find the '61 Navy to look almost as good and handles/balances a bit better)

Dude seriously, go outside and now the lawn or something!
If you are checking prices it may be too late. Don't let the prices fool you either, cz's aren't that expensive, but the cost does not end there.
You buy one and then start spending more money on it, then it becomes a project, and before its complete you find yourself price checking on another model.
Its worse than BRD
