 The world-famous sculpture sailed into the port for the first time Wednesday to kick off the Tall Ships Festival LA and will remain in the harbor through Sunday. At the basscoat boats invitational they release a bunch of a those onto the lake and if you find the right number they award prizes like a certificate for a new outboard.
