My brother is moving to Minneapolis, Minnesota in order to attend seminary. He has a AR Rifle and a LMT Ar pistol. Is it legal to posses a AR15 pistol in Minnesota?



He has a permit to carry but would not be carrying it as his CCW.

Good to go. You need a permit to purchase to buy one but nothing to bring in one that you already own.
