Does your leg makes noises when moving it? I am an expert with broekn bones  It sure made a good loud pop when I fell on it. Those are the best ones. 
When I broke my leg, I heard that fucker pull itself apart. In my case, it was an actual "pull itself apart". I was doing moguls at the time (skiing, for you southern folks), and my patella tendon tore off the top of my tibia where it attaches itself to the growth plate. 
Yes, it hurt as bad as it sounds. The best parts were the "Holy shit!" comments from the ER personnel when they got a look at the x-rays. What was left was a few mm's away from the surface of the skin, just missed it being a compound fracture.  I don't think mine is that bad. Just above the ankle is where it's swelling and hurts the most LOL Triple tap the drugs be a working

The leg was from before I had a driver's license. That one pretty much immobilized my leg at the knee, would not have been able to drive with that, either. |

Drove myself in for that too. The truck I had at the time had a 5 speed in it, That was a challenge to say the least then around 7 years ago I caught a piece of oak coming off the tablesaw, drove myself in for stitches for that too. |
