Ditching toxic "friends". Realizing there was no reason to ever see or speak to specific people ever again was a big moment. The stories about them that filter back to me validate my decisions. It was kind of like getting off a train at the last stop before the slow-motion wreck.

ABC, CBS, and NBC - seriously I haven't watched a show on them in a decade.
Alcohol - I do drink a couple of times a year but never too much. Apartment rent payments - are for suckers - or military gypsies who moved 14 times in 17 years. Mortgage payments - paid off way early. Car payments - cash thank you - or 12 months of payments sometimes. My mistress - great crazy wild outstanding sex but too much danger.
