Edit: And it's still well worth it.

Back in the day, a Squeezebox network music player.  It totally changed how I listen to music, for the better.

A good pocketable flashlight.  Used the same one for 5 years and have no plans to replace it.

Macbook Pro.  My only computer, and perhaps the one thing I would literally replace immediately if it died.

Truly good speakers for my stereo.  The Squeezebox changed how I listen to music, the speakers changed how I heard music.

It gets better, my buddy just unloaded his dozer in the far field across the wooded creek.  Later this week or next, he will be pushing up the 250 and 500 yard berms for the shooting range.

I've had it a few months, I've put 2,500 miles on it, and I've yet to drive it without smiling.

I've never driven it to school or work.

It would be wrong of me not to post this. Just recently got this, and dear god it is the first thing that's ever made my back pain go away. I literally spent over $10,000 going to chiropractors, doctors, and buying contraptions. By far the best $30 you could ever spend. It hurts like hell at first, but holly hell it actually works.

My own hunting, fishing, camping, and range property.

It's so nice not to have to buy a license to hunt or fish and kiss some fucking landowners ass and then pay him money for the privilege to boot.

Hell just not having to put-up with the clowns that frequent a public range was well worth it.
