Newcastle just took the lead at St. James's Park.
Not looking good for Hull. |

Newcastle now up 2-0
They should be safe, good bye Hull. Liverpool phoned it in today. |

5-6 go into Europa League. 7th will go too if Arsenal wins the FA cup.

View Quote Liverpool will be rooting for Arsenal to win so that they can avoid a late summer qualifier and go directly to the group stage. Southhampton will then begin play in the third qualifying round. If Villa win, they go directly to the group stage as the domestic cup winner and Liverpool begins with the qualifier. ETA: Norwich City takes the last promotion spot on a 2-0 win over a lackluster Middlesbrough side. |

View Quote Nice timing. Blatter is "scheduled" to be "elected" to another term as FIFA president Friday. I bet the prosecuters are counting on gettIng some of those arrested today to flip and give them enough evidence to indict him, too. |

Yeah, not my job and don't feel like Googling the necessary articles but you are free to seek wisdom on your own.

I have to find a replay somewhere. I was unable to watch live (funeral). Fox Sports 2 was supposed to replay it at 7:00PM but instead had identical UFC programming on both that and Fox Sports 1. Southhampton is now in the Europa Cup via the poison fruit of the qualifying round. Liverpool's summer break is extended giving them more time to rebuild, a result that could bite Arsenal in the ass. ETA: Finally found a replay. |

Problem is that the same system that just reelected him a few days ago is still in place. I'm not holding my breath in anticipation of them electing someone better.
It does make you wonder what happened behind the scenes since he was so defiant leading up to his election. Do they have stuff on him (and if so, why didn't they let him know before the election) or did he simply change his mind? |

If Juve's Vidal carries on the way he is going, i.e. kicking and tripping the Barca players, his once in a lifetime Champions League final appearance will be very short lived
Barca are dominant so far |

Now we have a game.
Don't really support either side, but, typically American, I hope for the drama of PK's. |

This one is really not entertaining me... cause I don't have enough cheese to make a proper cheese dip to watch it with..
Is it Monday evening yet? |

Well, what Louis Suarez wanted was to score the winning goal in the Champions League. He got his wish.
