So, in the big picture, how much more throughput will you get?

I know it will be a big help for you, so if you would just send over one of the old lathes and one of the machining centers to Rainier, OR to make room for the new ones, it'll be a win - win for both of us !

Haas makes some good stuff.

I have worked on a few of them and the ones we had were pretty much trouble free.

Both are great... just remember Haas is for CNC as it is for avocados.  Just look for the made in USA or grown in USA label on the Hass product, and you are good to go!

We had a couple of these.

Ours didn't have the guarding on the table as we installed a Fibro rotary table for our machining process

So are you putting in another building? Or just rearranging?  Also, is your underground range next to that private driveway?  It goes back to a nice house!  Hope that is yours...nice boat in the driveway too.

When F&D goes bankrupt, I would love nothing more than to see his machines on the back of a truck outside your place. You could get them for a song and make a profit selling them if you didn't want to use them.

Or,

Have the most awesome monthly contest evaaarrrrr.

Your machine shop is awesome!

I don't think that truckload will increase production much. At least not based on a percentage of current production.

I'm curious. What does your electric bill look like every month?
