Kind of soft and poppy but it's a catchy tune. Turn it up, for some reason the volume is really low

Laibach (actually a Slovenian band) has an interesting background ala what was then the Yugoslavian government, Tito, Milosevic, etc. Didn't they get banned for a while? I know they were very controversial. Just using the German name for Ljubljana was very shocking. Let alone wearing German uniforms and singing in German. |

I know they were very controversial. Just using the German name for Ljubljana was very shocking. Let alone wearing German uniforms and singing in German. They were pretty vocal against Tito's government and later Milosevic. They were getting various parts of their performances (lyrics, recordings, acts, posters/graphics, etc.) banned and even the name Liabach was banned. The capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, was renamed Laibach during Nazi occupation during WWII. |
