Well that story will rip your heart out.  My kid is 4 years old. no four year old should have to face their own mortality.

Well that certainly isn't a story I should have read. Poor kid, I cant imagine losing my boy.

I can gladly take any sort of day-to day shit life deals out with a smile on my face...because my kids are happy and healthy..I've had to watch a few friends bury theirs.

Yep.

Mine is almost 3 and I can't even imagine how to deal with something like that.

Why?  Just why?

We almost lost my niece to a brain tumor last year.  Miraculously they were able to get it out and she's recovering, but it's been a long road.  Why does this shit have to happen to kids?

Travel well little guy.

That was hard to read.  All you think about is your own kids and how hard it would be to go through something like that.

I used to be that way...sick kids are pretty much my only real Kryptonite (emotionally speaking). One day I decided I owe it to myself to read of such things, because I have NEVER had a bad day or a real problem in my life when compared to stuff like this.

There's not much worse than attending the funeral of a 9 month old with your 8 month old in tow. That was probably the worst thing I've ever had to do.

Prayers to the family. RIP little Jedi.

Mr. Barlow and Mr. Smith just got elevated in my eyes. People that do things for kids that they do not know and don't have to do anything for are top notch in my book.

Not mine, I have no photoshop skills. I found it on a page covering the story.
