Eric says Barry is no longer with the channel citing medical and legal issues, but that's it. Does anyone have any inside info? If you don't want to write it here you can pm me, I just am curious! Thank you!

Hmmm...
I liked him to. Hope his health get's better and whatever "legal" issues he has get's settled. |
|
That channel will suffer. I bet it has something to do with his background and the shop moving to class 3. I will miss hos Hijinckery at Butt Naked Speeds.

TV seems to be getting it's brains stomped by quality youtube channels. At least, I hope so.
|
|
well that's a damn shame.
he was half the reason i watched that channel... |
|
How crazy. I think that a ton of people watched that channel because of him.

I've searched everything I can and cannot find a clear answer or what his real name or last name truly is. I bet he has paid someone to keep it on the DL.

I liked the channel until they stated doing the move to make money from selling shirts etc. at that point they jumped the shark. when you start asking people to buy stuff or donate cash to pay for a hobby channel it kinda kills it for me.
that said. barry is awesome |

Never was a fan of Eric guy. He just seems a little "off" to me.
Kind of stopped watching the channel after all that Mosin sporterizing anyway. I liked Barry. |

I'm gonna miss him if true. Can you imagine firearms being such a big part of your life then becoming a prohibited person?

Barry made that show. Everything the other guy says is Barry talking through him. It always annoyed me how unsure he was of himself, constantly looking Barry to make sure Barry approved of what he said.

A legal and medical issue sounds like a drug and or alcohol problem that's finally come to head.
I grew up in a rural town in Florida. I like Barry but he reminds me of an old school Florida / Georgia country boy who's no stranger to a tangle or two with the law usually fuelled by drug or alcohol abuse. He told a few stories on a video I believe is called "mind control" or something like that about how he had to pull a gun on someone twice but didn't have to shoot because the other party knew he was dead serious. One of the other parties was his brother in law. He said he was arrested for it but charges were dropped because they decided it was a self defence situation. Anything that would make you a prohibited person would keep you from working at a gun shop or handling firearms. |
|
If Barry is getting ousted because of his past coming up when they are trying to do Class 3, it would be pretty shitty. Seeing as that youtube channel has done wonders for the banks account of the store and those involved in that youtube channel. Their channel is pulling in around $160,000 before taxes per year. Plus all the added business to Moss Pawn & Gun.
Its pretty safe to conclude that the youtube channel's success is because of the presence of Barry |

Theft by receiving stolen property....................so he bought a hot gun?
DUI - self explanatory Failure to yield right away.....................Don't tell me he was drunk and cut off a cop.

I saw Barry in a dunkin donuts store in Las Vegas dressed in an Elvis outfit.
|
|
Might have something to do with his history of working at RPB. I wouldn't be surprised if he had some unregistered machine guns.
|
|
Dang - where else am I going to get my regular dose of gunshop BS without having to leave home?

Prohibited from working at gun store because of law or company policy? Is he prohibited from owning guns? It says the receiving stolen property is a misdemeanor. DUI could be a felony, but one would have to have several of them. I seriously doubt failure to yield would be a felony. |
